Requirement of services of Retired Audit / Accounts Officer
National Institute of Immunology, a Society registered under the Societies Act, is carrying out research and developmental activities in Health Sciences, under the administrative control of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
Its financial functions are subject to audit of the CAG. Besides core grant from the Central Government, the Institute gets the funding against extra-mural projects from various funding agencies. In order to cope up with the workload pertaining to extra-mural projects, the Institute is utilizing the services of Retired Audit / Accounts Officers to assist in the non-scientific aspects of the projects. The Institute has been paying them monthly consolidated emoluments ranging from. Rs.7800-8500. The revision of the consolidated emoluments is under active consideration. Since the intake of Projects has increased, the Institute is in need of services of additional number of Retired Audit/ Accounts Officer.
