Filling up the post of READER(09 posts) and Museum Curator (01 post) on deputation basis .
Applications are invited from eligible and willing officers for appointment to the posts of READERS (09 posts) in various subjects in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100, Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- and Museum Curator (01 post) in the Pay Band of Rs. (Rs.9300-34800/-, Grade Pay Rs.4200. The Detail of the post, eligibility conditions etc for Reader are given in Annexure- 1 and for Museum Curator in Annexure-1A. The format for application to be submitted for both the post is in Annexure-II. The pay of the officers selected for appointment to the posts, will be regulated in terms of DoPT Orders in force from time to time.
2. Applications of only such officers/candidates will be considered that are routed through proper channel and are accompanied with (i) Cadre clearance (ii) Bio-data (in triplicate) as in proforma given (Annexure – II) (iii) Attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years, (iv) Vigilance clearance (v) Integrity Certificate and (vi) Statement giving details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officers, if any, during the last 10 years.
3. The applications of suitable and eligible officers who can be spared immediately in the event of selection may be sent to this Institute at the address given in the caption within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in employment News. Officers who volunteer for the posts will not be permitted to withdraw their names later.
4. Application received after the prescribed closing date or not accompanied with the requisite certificates/documents are liable to be rejected. Though the eligible and willing candidates may send advance copy but their candidature will be considered only if the application through proper channel is received within the stipulated time.
